Raven Williams is a skilled and determined Trial Attorney at The Crowder Law Firm, P.C., where she defends clients facing serious state and federal criminal charges throughout North Texas. Known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and unwavering dedication to justice, Ms. Williams brings a thoughtful yet aggressive approach to every case she handles.
Before joining The Crowder Law Firm, Ms. Williams served as an Assistant District Attorney with the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office, where she prosecuted a broad range of cases. This prosecutorial experience gives her valuable insight into the strategies used by the State—knowledge she now leverages to build strong, strategic defenses for her clients.
Ms. Williams also gained significant experience in private practice, working as an Associate Attorney with several respected Texas law firms. There, she handled complex criminal defense matters and represented clients in all stages of the criminal justice process including but not limited to sexual assault of children cases, assault family violence, DWI’s, sex crimes, thefts and complex criminal cases. Her extensive background on both sides of the courtroom gives her a distinct advantage as a defense attorney and trial advocate.
Ms. Williams earned her Juris Doctor from the University of North Texas Dallas College of Law, where she served as a Community Engagement Program Ambassador. She received her Bachelor of Science in Government, with an emphasis in Legal Studies and Pre-Law, from Texas Woman’s University, where she was recognized on both the Dean’s List and Chancellor’s List for academic excellence.
At The Crowder Law Firm, Ms. Williams focuses her practice on all types of misdemeanors, serious felony and federal cases, including sexual assault, family violence, drug trafficking, and white-collar crimes.
